Its a decent Chipotle. Service is quick and friendly. They’re a little conservative in their servings, especially for the kids tacos. They also don’t have a changing table in the bathroom! There is plenty of space for one so I’m not sure why they don’t have one.

I have been going to this Chipotle since it first opened. The service was great, the food was better, and the orders were always right. Now, in 2018 and after a large change in staff, I can officially declare this Chipotle dead. The attitude problem is through the roof, the food is rarely cooked properly, the portions are almost always different, and the accuracy of the orders is practically non-existent. I've noticed a few other Chipotle locations suffering from similar issues, but none have been as consistently bad as the Kingstowne Chipotle.

While I do appreciate the extra protein, I did not want it in the form of an employee's hair.

This uses to be my favorite place. I tried to give it a second 2nd and 3rd chance. I guess because it is so close to where I live. It's not the most inviting as far as the environment when you walk in. The taste of the food confirms the cleanliness in my book. Saw one girl eating the tortillas chips on the front line. This is the outcome when you have kids/immature young adults representing your company. Send chick fila teens to this place, maybe they can make it better?

Didn't taste good at all. Made me sick!

Fast service, but food was not good. Chips were stale, barbacoa was very fatty.
