Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been to this location probably 10 different times. Chipotle's are always well run, but this might be the exception. Compared to other Chipotle's I've been to(alot)their food quality and customer service is the worst I've seen. The silver lining is the girl who usually works cashier. Although she always has an attitude (towards other workers, not customers), she is the one person there who actually seems like she wants to improve their customer satisfaction

Great staff, massive portions. I fed my family of 15 with one burrito.

I can appreciate the serving size, definitely had lunch and dinner for the price of one. But something is missing at this Chipotle seasoning wise. Was very bland compared to other Chipotle chains that I've been too.

All food was fresh and prepared well. Other locations I have visited have gone downhill, this staff seems to be on top of it.

This place is absolutely filthy. Every time I come here there is food/trash all over the floors. Employees just stand around and talk to each other when its slow instead of clean. If the customer eating area is this dirty, imagine how dirty the cooking/prep area must be. On top of that, employees are really short with customers and show really poor customer service. Management and/or shift leaders need to step it up.

Skimping on the cheese!!!. Got a burrito and a sprinkle of cheese. Ask for more cheese twice after she just sprinkled some more on, then I just gave up. Took it how it is. They must not gotten their cheese delivery or something. I get more cheese in a taco bell taco then what I was going to get.The lady behind me ask for more cheese also. Every other Chipotle I go to gives you a decent amount. Oh well.. 1st world problems I guess.

Food is fine, the tables weren't super clean, the staff seems to be a bunch of young individuals running the place collecting the paycheck, but not really committed. It feels a bit run down compared to other Chipotle's, and nobody is paying attention to detail.

This is the worst fast food/chipotle I have ever been too, not only did I cancel my first order and got charged for it , which I understandable but I ordered again because my co worker didn’t have Uber East - then I paid 30$ for the order - they brought me the order I had canceled..... idiots

Love the food but went a little chincy on the items here, especially the meat! Like the Gilroy branch better!

The veggie bowl that I got both the times tasted below average. I have been to this location only twice and they were out of fajitas first time and black beans the other time. This was middle of the day and I understand if it was close to closing time for not having everything. These are two key ingredients in a veggie bowl and the bowl did not taste good with pinto beans and it was spicy for kids. It would be nice to keep up on the inventory and improve the taste.

This was a very odd experience at a chipotle. The line was long, which is pretty normal at chipotle, but the staff seemed in no rush... it was almost like they were zombies. No staff spoke to each other, they couldn’t remember what meat you said was in your meal, the proportions were very strange (salads with 10 pieces of lettuce, burrito bowls with a half scoop of rice), and very soggy/salty chips (which I actually love but know others do not), and there was no music - which made waiting in line with 20 people while watching the zombie staff work very odd. My experience was so odd I left wondering if I left and went to a fourth dimension...

Ok..but just doesn't taste authentic...but it's still good.

This location is inconsistent in providing the quality product they are capable of. Sometimes, everything is fresh and in healthy proportions. Other times they are out of key ingredients which are part of the meal I made the trip to their restaurant for, to the point we've left and gone somewhere else instead. Meats, guacamole, lettuce, chips, drinks - sometimes they are unprepared on more than one item. This points to a management problem where they are not on top of inventory/ordering, or not paying attention to when they should put the next batch on the grill (BEFORE you run out - early enough in advance so it is ready before you reach the bottom of the last container). So, basic stuff that shouldn't happen. Like I said, it can be great, or you find they are not prepared to serve what they advertise. I pretty much always have a *plan B" in mind just in case. They have been 5 star in the past, but that's been quite some time. Shame.
