Great Authentic Mexican food 10/10 would eat again

Third time coming and they don’t have fajita peppers ready lol this place a joke, it’s literally noon on a Saturday

It was awesome. Line was out the door but still got my food in about five minutes at this location. They're fast, accurate, and the food is delicious. The food is always amazing at Chipotle and this one is no different regardless of location. Yet again, have to stress this, had my thirty minute lunch here and yet only stood in line for maybe five minutes.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT CORONA! Not practicing any covid safety processes. Full of shoulder to shoulder people waiting for togo that are past their pick up while serving walk ups right away. Employees giving attitude when i asked why this was happening.

I love this place! I love it so much I risk my life to drive into the city to eat here for lunch! Can we please get another location closer to East and/or Antioch?

Chicken and beans were definitely not fresh... they looked a day or two old

Poorly managed. Workers are goofing off every time while I wait in line. Foods great, just feels like a bunch of teenagers run the place.

What can I say its fast food that's heathier It gets the job done. The worst part is the cleanliness of this store. Time after time the employees have used gloved hands to push food and salsa and god knows what on the counter. Ita just gross and ruins your appetite.

It was my first time at the place. The food didn't look like I could "trust"... Visually it could be much better. I order the chicken, and unfortunately realized there was a lot of dark meat in it. I just eat chicken breast, so had to wasted it. The place wasn't cleaned fairly for a food place. The food was ok... A lot of money for the avocado, chips and salsa. Any Mexican place those would be free or much cheaper, for the guacamole. Won't be back.

Wont answer the phone. Called like 30 times. You guys need to do better. Ive been coming there for years. Not anymore

We revisited on a whim. Being in the industry I think it is responsible to revisit a place that has undergone a bad rap. I have always enjoyed Chipotle in the past, as it came closest to making the style of burritos I loved in California. Our lunch was really good. I always enjoy getting a "bowl" and the guacamole add-on definitely did not disappoint. My husband got a burrito, but added the queso which made it a wee too spicy for him. The burrito portioning has significantly reduced over the years, which was disappointing, but it was still delicious to me. The kitchen looked immaculate and the employees really couldn't be nicer. Definitely give them a go.
