I’m general, I love chipotle. I have eaten chipotle at several locations in Ohio West Virginia and Pennsylvania and I ALWAYS get good service and good food. However, this location is the absolute worst. We have ordered lunch online several times from this location over the last 5 months and we never never never get everything that we ordered. We are most often just missing one or two items but we have also received completely incorrect orders as well as missing sides/drinks/etc. I don’t know what is going at this location but it’s horrible. I won’t be recommending it or ordering from this location at all and I will think twice about ordering from any other chipotle as well.
