THANK YOU Sweetheart! Shout out to the AMAZING young brunette lady working the front who stopped everything when I told her that I had Celiac. She changed her gloves AFTER washing her hands. Changed out all the serving tools, wiped down the counter and ensured she was the only person who touched my food. And for the first time EVER at chipotle I haven't gotten sick.... even after saying I have Celiac. No one has ever taken the time to do all of that. I truly appreciate it. It is supposed to be the standard, but sadly, it isn't at most Chipotle's! So sweetie, thanks again! You're the real MVP! 🏆

Food is great. Prices are okay as well. Definitely a little on the healthier side.

Service was friendly and professional, however the rice that they scraped from the bottom of the pan and put into my bowl was dry. I should have asked for fresh rice, but they had already dumped the old rice on top of the new rice. Either way, I find that the rice is a hit and miss, it just depends on who’s cooking it that day.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed for the men's room, although it shows vacant you have to push forcefully on the door almost like you're going to knock it down. They were out of ice, and that's not cool. Additionally, when they prepped the burrito they didn't drain the liquids out of various ingredients so my burrito was effectively drenched in various juices, totally soggy and everywhere. Most Chipotles we go to they are conscientious about this, draining out the liquids from the condiments/ingredients so that they don't baptize the burrito. Fix the door, get some ice, drain your ingredients...:-)

Quick service. They have outdoor seating or plenty of indoor seating also.

Love this place only messed up my order once. But the employee who took my call. Had great customer service. Very polite. I was so mad when I opened my order. An after I got off the phone the guy. I wasn't so mad accident happens. I'll just try again some other time.

Employees here are fantastic! Great service and great food. I always get a bowl. You can always have them do 1/2 and 1/2 if you are indecisive like I am and they will do black and pinto beans. Love their carnitas but the chic, sofritas and steak are always really good also. Massive amount of food for a great price!!

Besides their great customer service, and beautifully maintained line, Torry and Zach really went the extra mile and helped me with something they didn't have to. I was having a bad day, but thanks to them I'm heading home with a smile. Thank you Tempe Marketplace night crew!
