Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food here is pretty good- but I wouldn't say it's any better than moes or even qdoba. The line is always super long and probably not worth the wait. The customer service is okay but they always make sure your food is just how you want it. Will go again but not often.

This is a mediocre chipotle, depending on who works you may get smaller portions than normal. They also seem to be consistently slow during the lunch rush. Most mobile orders are accurate.

Show up Saturday afternoon, the place is super busy. To be expected with a successful food chain. Anyways; to cut to the nitty gritty, I’m IMPRESSED about how the staff deal with these entitled Carmel/Fishers people. The amount of rude remarks and overall snappy attitude toward the employees was hysterically bad. But they didn’t give two smacks, they kept drilling out food like legends. Saturday night team on 11/16/19 were absolute troopers. Thanks for your guy’s time.

SO GOOD TACOS!!! I have been there ever since I was in Kindergarten. (I think) in perspective I thought they made the divider for the line shorter, nope I just grown. And I am Vietnamese so I am very small.

Always love Chipotle, and this time around I had my food in less than 3 minutes!!!

Overall the experience was a good one. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the food was tasty. I visited shortly following the lunch rush so the meat in my burrito was a bit cold, but not enough to take away from the taste as a whole.

Out of all the Chipotle' this one is my favorite. Because! They are super generous with their portions. They actually give you a spoon full of what your asking for. Others have given me half a spoon full! How ever when busy, staff seam to get overwhelmed easily. Most the time it's fine, and they get you in and out quick no matter how busy they are.

This chipotle usually is a good experience but I came after a long flight wanting food and they were slow. It was a little frustrating because there were only 5 people in line and when they finally got to me and my mom, they messed up her order and then also added a bowl to the order that we did not get. When I asked for a refund, the cashier (Kat) told me to hold on, no eye contact. I was very hungry (post flight) and after waiting five minutes, she still did not apologize that she made a mistake. No customer service there...not even from the manager that saw her refund it. Not very impressed with this experience.

Finest place to grab something when in a hurry. Their customer service is fast, rates are convenient, awesome mood. Would recommend to others

Better at lunch time. Food looked as if it had been up for a while and young kids just rushing you and slopping stuff all around. But never had this problem dearing the lunch time !
