Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good food and service was good.pricewas good.

My first time at this location as opposed to waiting forever at Neshaminy. I came here during a weeknight and it was pretty empty and quiet, which is nice. My bowl was stuffed with good portion. The chicken was good and flavorful. Service was pretty decent. Now when I want Chipotle I'll be at this location.

An order was placed by my company for the facility where I work. Our corporate office is closed so I called this location myself to let them know that the order delivered was missing an abundance of items. The person who answered said it wasn’t their concern as it was no longer there responsibility but put the responsibility on Doordash. In order to retrieve the missing items for the residents at this facility I would have to get it through Doordash. I’m not even sure that they fulfilled the entire order and now the residents here who are quarantined cannot get their meal from this restaurant. Customer service is a negative 5. They were not friendly or helpful.

Not only is the food always fresh but the employees found my wallet and held on to it. I cannot say enough about their honesty. THANK YOU!!!

This is the new chipotle restaurant here in Northeast plaza. It's between Verizon & Boston market. The restaurant was really clean inside and has plenty of seating. The staff greeted me at the counter and took my order promptly which was a steak bowl with no beans. Overall the food quality was very good it was very tasty but lacked being hot, it was lukewarm if best. Overall I was satisfied with the portion size and plan to return again in the near future. I highly recommend you try this Chipotle Restaurant !!!

The customer service was good, but the food was very bland when I went the other day. And I was craving some chipotle that I haven't had in months. Needless to say I ate the while bowl, but there wasn't enough salt in the world to bring the flavor it shoulda had back to life. If you do eat here, I would go for the juicer meat instead of the dried up chicken, or beef. If its wet, it should retain some flavor I would hope. I'm talking about the pulled meats like the pork and beef here people!

THIS CHIPOTLE IS AWESOME THE STAFF AND THE FOOD!!!

I ordered 2 burritos. Then I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come and check me out. In the meantime the 'burrito queue' grew up to 3 items. The person that came checked all of them as mine and put them in a bag. Once I saw my receipt I realised that I was cashed for 3 burritos instead of 2 and I said I only ordered 2. 'The were here all together', he said. He asked which were mine, fixed the check and took 1 burrito out of the bag. I asked, if he's sure he left the right ones. He was. I went back home only to find out that one of the burritos is filled with hardly what I ordered. What a miracle. The other one was fine, though.I hope that someone who had my burrito didn't mind having exactly the opposite than what he ordered. I was pretty disappointed.

Awesome food and friendly stuff!

Healthy food at a reasonable price.

I love this Chipotle because they have a clean serving area. The food doesn't look like other food fell in it while preparing bowls or burritos all day. The guacamole is perfect and the staff is very nice and welcoming.

Good food,good workers,but needs better cleaning.the tables still had food and crums and stuff but that's about it.
