Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chicken had a lot of gristle. The water in my bowl was gross from the wet salad or tomatoes. Sour cream was bland, cheese bland. Not the first time its been like this. The flavor of them all has gone down hill. Used to love it, not so much anymore.

Great service, food always good, fresh love the pinto beans and rice. The place is super clean, positive environment and run exceptionally well. 10 stars

It's Chipotle, do I need to say anything else? This particular location has a great staff. Friendly and efficient, they always serve me the best food. It's a great place to hang out and with the new rewards program Chipotle is even better now. Absolutely recommend it.

I ordered here tonight for dinner only to receive burnt steak in my steak bowl. I called and spoke to the manager, Chris, who insinuated that I didn’t know the difference between char-grilled steak and burnt steak. I will not be eating here again. I’m disgusted with the service I received after a complaint.

Great food fast and friendly service

Stand waiting outside for 30 min while staff walks around talking on their phones. Clearly they are disorganized. And don’t think because of a pandemic a fast food restaurant can’t be fast and have amazing service we all know what restaurant can do it all. Also we are in a middle of a pandemic and I watched a customer come up to the door stated she was missing things in her bowl and the employee took her food from her and took it to the kitchen fixed it and then gave it back. Mind you I have been standing here for over 30 min I never seen that lady before. Meaning some one picked up their order drove down the road came back gave it to the employee that employee took it to the kitchen worked on it and gave it back now if that bag was infected now everything in the restaurant is infected. Please let me know how this falls in to the CDC guide lines. I will never come back.

I went into this place with my coworkers to get a burrito. I was truly disappointed by my food. The associate was VERY stingy with the servings and they did not give any chips like I received at the other Chipotle. I won't be going there anymore. I would recommend Moe's over this place.

Good service and good food

Chipotle is good just as it is, but the workers were very fast and efficient. They dealt with the long line quickly and professionally. Was an awesome experience.
