Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would have given 5 stars but I did not get any lettuce (or even have an option for lettuce) when ordering the chicken bowl, I asked for sour cream and fresh salsa and got neither of those either. And there was BARELY any chicken on either bowl. (I ordered 2) I thought the bowls came with lettuce and I know if I tap a button to add stuff it should be there. I’m very disappointed with this chipotle. This after trying to order from the one closer to me in south gateway and being told at 8:00 pm that they are temporarily closed and MIGHT open back up tonight and the lady was VERY rude. I dont know if I’ll be ordering from chipotle again until they actually open up and I can go in and order my food myself.

Ordered delivery due to the covid-19. My girlies ordered a salad barely any lettuce in the bowl. So not really a salad at this point, less lettuce then you when ask for it on the top of the bowl. Secondly my order barely any rice and no fajitas. Paid 40 dollars for BS!

Ordered take out for our office. About 20 people were already waiting when I got there. As they got food ready, they came out calling the names on the bags. Only half of the people were there and the other bags were sat inside. After 30 minutes of watching this mess, we noticed that if you missed when they called your name, you weren’t getting your food. Nobody ever checked on the people waiting outside and the bags inside were just piling up. At other locations bags are brought out as people arrive and provide their names. Not here - a complete unorganized mess! We left after 1.5 hours with no food in hand that we paid for. Do yourself a favor and select a different Chipotle location!We then placed an order at a different location and got our food as we arrived. They asked for the name on the order and brought it out. I think we’d still be waiting at the other one now.
