Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had an online order to pick up. Came in and said the name of my order. They told it is preparing. In same time people were standing in line and placing orders. I waited more. People who ordered received their food. New people came to the store and started ordering. I was like “where’s my order”. Asked again. Same answer “it’s been prepared right now. But another line gone and still no my order. Same thing happened to me two times at this location. People who work there are lying and rude. Lazy ghetto.

Cashier upfront was very rude. Terrible customer service. They need to keep her in the back of house

I could eat their guacamole and quest every day. Love how fresh everything is and friendly staff.

If I order online my order is always accurate, even if it’s through third party (Postmates). Staffs nice and efficient with keeping the busy lines moving.

1 star simply cause one of the cashiers had a horrible attitude over nothing and this isnt the first time with them. The rest of the staff was kind and food service was excellent otherwise.

This is by far the BEST Chipotle I've ever eaten at in my entire life. I eat a lot of bean burritos being mostly vegetarian and this Chipotle blows every other one out of the water. You can really taste fresh guac and the lime in the rice. Thank you for putting effort into making everything taste so good. You can really notice!

This Chipotle has been very good to me over the years. I'd say it was safe to say I've eaten here over 30 times in the last 5 years. I cannot recall them ever getting my orders wrong. They are always pretty quick despite what is usually a pretty packed restaurant. The restaurant is very clean always. This is a crowned gem of the Chipotle brand. Their people are friendly, their service is fast. I love this Chipotle!

Food was good, but dining area was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing and the floor looked like it had not been swept all day (it was 4:00). The area where you get your utensils was a mess, and had not been wiped down. Get your food to go.

Had dinner with Mom! Filled us up and was absolutely delicious! Love this place!

Ordered a chicken bowl online since we can’t go in due to the pandemic. Bowl only half way full and I literally had 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl and the white rice was hard. I knew I was taking a chance ordering online but decided to anyway. Tried to call back and leave a complaint with the manager but the phone was busy every time I called. Won’t be going back...should’ve cooked at home like I’ve been doing.

I have always loved Chipotle (other stores). This visit was Super disappointing. I didn’t even eat half of the burrito bowl it was that terrible. Carnitas was so bland, salsa way too sweet. Also super annoyed that I ordered guacamole and they left it off. When I called asking for a credit for the guacamole, I was told to request credit on line Or drive back to the store. Really? There was only 4 customers in the store. Actually I don’t want a credit, I’m going to delete my app and find another place to get Mexican food.
