Chipotle Mexican Grill

Gross. unprofessional staff. inconsistent recipe. bean was spoiled. trash all over the store while workers talking to their peers who are congregating on the other side of the counter. Music blasting like a night club. Just distasteful!

Incompetent employee would have made my fiance sick if I didn't make him throw out his food. Employee was told he had a gluten allergy. She proceeded to ask if he wanted a burrito and then gave him a bowl she had just touched with dirty burrito gloves. She never wiped down the line and she slid his bowl on the extremely dirry counter top. She then touched 2 other orders and then touched his again contaminating it more. She had no idea what she was doing and never asked for help. Should have walked out right away when we noticed she was giving 1/4 scoops of chicken in the first place. Not worth the time, money or health risks

I just stood in line while 12 employees vaguely looked at me once in awhile. Some doing things, some standing there watching others do things. No “be right with you”, nothing. Last time I was in there they were out of chips and seemed incredibly offended that I asked for them. I should know better by now.

Not my 1st choice but that is just me. My wife loves it.

Good sandwich’s hands down better than Popeyes

I’ve gone to this location three times three different people have had to wrap my burrito over two times and even after the second time the burrito was not wrapped correctly. Once unwrapped after purchasing the burrito falls apart. The employees need to be trained on how to wrap a burrito, very disorganized & unprofessional.

The food was amazing fresh and the staff was wonderful strongly friendly. Real nice atmosphere

Well it's true you get what you overpay for as well as it always comes down to an individuals personal taste as well. I'd rather go into Brookline [other locations too] to Anna's Taqueria love the food and authenticity. Again, personal taste!

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say the customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized at all times. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
