Chipotle Mexican Grill

Karischa was so courteous and professional. I placed an order via DoorDash at work. I was unable to customize my order the way I typically would if I dined in. Notwithstanding, Ms. Karischa was polite and quick to ensure I received my order -- PERFECT! Thank you, I will most certainly refer EVERYONE to Chipotle over Hot Heads or the competition. God Bless you in the Name of Jesus!

Generally pretty good food usually tastes good but today got take out got home over 35 minutes away and there was an inch long curved bone in my chicken burrito not sure how you can miss a bone this size but luckily didn't get in either of my children's food!

Quality is going Down. They are skimping and penny pinching on the meat and guacamole. Inconsistent with the amount of rice. Taste is weak..
