Great to grab a quick lunch or supper from, and then go outside to eat it in wonderful Bryant Park. Good value for the price and quality of food.

Their food are not fresh in this location...I love Chipotle except here...

Ultra-fast service, quick turnaround on the tables, always great food with a view of NYPL and Bryant Park area.

Some of these worker are so disrespectful and never coming back there again. Really bad customer service.

Great location, food is good. Could definitely use more seating, but a rainy Saturday meant I got a seat pretty easily.

Disappointed with the Chipotle in NYC (I'm Floridian), the portion is half less than what I get in FL (looks okay if spread out, but once I push them to the height I usually get in FL, first pic is how it looks.)The second pic is the one I got in FL.

Whenever my family and I go to a Chipotle restaurant, I choose a burrito with steak, cilantro-lime white rice, beans, queso, tomatillo red chili salsa and romaine lettuce and a side of guac. Most of the time we will share a order of chips and salsa. Our meal is always so filling!

Not enough tables but fast service

Terrible service by staff, one night they were rushing me to get out and like “we don’t have this and that.” I will never forget and will never be back at this location. There’s another one couple of block away.

Decent enough for a quick bite

Consistent food and service. Make sure you get all the topics you wish as you order (things that come with meals) - if you forget anything and go back, prepare to be charged. Line typically at least 5 to 10 minutes. Typical meal about 11$
