Chipotle Mexican Grill

I live in the area and this is the worst chipotle I've ever been to hands down. They have messed up my order literally every time I have ordered delivery. If you absolutely have to visit this location, go there in person so you can see them make your meal and not completely screw it up.

Consistently disappointing. Parking is a nightmare. Our orders are always given to us wrong, and the amount of food is minuscule. It stinks that since I live so close this is the one that delivers to me. I’ve complained in the past about them forgetting parts of my order but I never get a response. This time, I ordered chips, guacamole, a bottle of coke, and a lifestyle veggie bowl. No coke and I attached a picture of the food—this sucks. I’m tired of giving this place multiple chances.

We ordered delivery on Chipotle's website and the driver showed up 30 minutes late, left it at the door without saying anything, and we were missing all our drinks and some of our food.

Food is good. Parking is hectic, inside is loud and tables are usually dirty. Not a good place to dine in.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They hate doing any online orders, and are very slow. The staff seems very depressed all the time.

This is the worst chipotle I have EVER been to. It is less than a 3 minute drive and I will go out of my way to go to any other location. The employees are decently kind but the system they have in place is TERRIBLY run and it takes 15 minutes to get through the line even if there’s only 2 people in line in front of you. You have to order for pick up if you want to get it quickly but when you do they will likely mess up your order. Like for me today for example: I ordered a salad WITH rice and got practically a soup bowl with no rice and the tiniest little plump of guacamole. The time before this order my cousin ordered a burrito and they didn’t have guacamole ready so they simply didn’t make the burrito and so she didn’t want anything and they didn’t even give her her $7 back. NO sense of order here and they always mess up the food. And then when you call them to complain no one answers the phone. I seriously don’t how this place is still open. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Placed an online order. Asked for extra tomato,corn, and sour cream. They put on the side instead of in the burrito. So when I asked for another 2 sides of tomato and corn for my chips I got attitude and was told it was in the bag. I always order the same thing and always ask for more on the side when I come in to pick up my order because it doesn’t give you an option online for individual sides for the chips. Just disappointed with the attitude I was given by staff. 😔 might I mention I paid almost $20 for my order. I wanted extra on the burrito and some for my large chips. But I get attitude. They put my sour cream on the side. Didn’t even out any on the burrito. 😡😡😒extremely disappointed!

They need to teach employees how to roll burritos that actually have all the toppings inside the tortilla. Sometimes the fajita veggies are spot on, sometimes they are mush. And sometimes the guac is perfect, other times it tastes like they forgot the lime juice and salt, aka mashed avocados not guac

Please do not use the app to order food from this chipotle. I ordered through the app and had Arkeyla as my driver and the cell phone provided went straight to voicemail. The food never came. I called the restaurant and they told me to bring in my receipt for a refund. However, since I did not get my food I had no receipt to offer. I attempted to call door dash and the company's provided line continued to ring and ring without answer. The next attempt to call the chipotle, the manager never answered. I never received my food and I am out $14.00.

I love chipotle, probably eat it once a week. The Grandview locations chipotle was probably the worst service I have received at the chain. I have about half the food I normally order- not by choice.. the workers seemed very frugal with the portions, unlike anywhere else. They also see to be staffed appropriately but it’s taking us near 30 mins to check out. Yikes! Not what I’ve been accustomed to at all!

It is probably like every Chipotle you have visited. The line moved quickly, and they got the burrito together without tearing the wrap... That is kinda the biggest win you can get

Hot and fresh, kinda busy but it's worth it!

I walked into the store and into 4th place in line, a little after 1:30p. 10mins later, still 4th place in line, 10 more people gathered behind me. People staring of into space, fiddling in their pockets, and double and triple teaming some Karen complaining about chips or something. All the while, about 4 burritos and maybe 4 bowls were being prepared by a single person, which led me to the obvious conclusion that a ToGo order was more important than the increasing quantity of standing customers, patiently waiting to even have their order taken, but receiving no acknowledgement or care that they were waiting because no one wanted to step up and handle the situation. Chipotle has gone so very far down hill it’s unbelievable.

They use THE MOST cilantro I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle. I feel like I ordered a salad with these HUGE chunks of cilantro and it’s the same way every time I order. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is the absolute worst chipotle experience I have ever had! First off, I waited in a small line for 30 minutes because the staff couldn’t get their stuff together behind the counter. Then, the food was definitely not fresh. The guac was browning in color and the white rice didn’t have any cilantro in it. I asked for a salad and instead was given less than a handful of lettuce and a huge pile of rice. The staff was rude. Didn’t say anything to me other than “what do you want?” and your total is “10.65”. The parking lot was mad chaos, in serious need of a remodel. I typically love chipotle and am pleased with it. However, at this location today it was completely horrible. I would NEVER recommend.
