Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love chipotle, I frequent the georgesville location regularly...this one not so much, I waited to review until my third visit...the first 2 were chaos, no one knows how to do there job and are extremely overwhelmed, no forks or tobasco, and chips super stale...the third time was tonight and there was no corn, no green salsa, and no fajitas.... maybe it's the drive through but the franchise owner needs better staff training

Slow service but nice attitudes.

Nice Chipotle, but we placed an online order and all 4 bowls were barely half full... Like I've had some not-very-full bowls before but these were legitimately like I-want-half-my-money-back half full :(The chips were great though!

Food was hot and fresh and friendly staff.

Each time I've visited this particular location they never have salad/greener mix available. It's always I'm sorry...this is a new location and it seems things aren't prep before they open

finally it’s open brand new building and good service it was like 6 people on front of my and it’s was fast service took like a minet to get my order

By far the most litter I have seen at a Chipotle in the city I understand we are in a crisis situation that requires us to change some of our habits, however I'm not sure if people are just clocking in working and then clocking out without having any type of Pride for where they work

No urgency what so ever, every time I've went. Very slow. Highly suggest just driving to Hilliard.

This location just opened 45 minutes before I went in. There was no line, but a slight wait as they appear to be filling mobile orders for the drive through pick up window. Everyone was friendly. I suggest being patient as the employees learn. Food was delicious as always.

Whether inside or picking up at the drive thru, staff is regularly rude and blatantly ignores you.

Not sure if I just went on a bad day but the service was terribly slow.

A gentleman ahead of my son and I was unable to pay for his food order and my son paid for him. The manager gave us our food for the price of our chips!!!!!!! Thank you! Loved our dinner! Just trying to pay it forward!❤️

After MANY bad experiences from the other Chipotle's around this one, even one from here. I must say THIS location stepped it up for ME yesterday! Now, I will say, it depends on the day & time like MOST restaurants, however this one, yesterday made me NOT give up on Chipotle all together. THANKS STAFF for caring about you job.

Have been there twice now, rice was so salty both times the food was inedible. Never experienced anything like it at another Chipotle.
