Chipotle Mexican Grill

I liked Chipotle, but not this location! They overcharged me for my bowl and then told that because I had guacamole on mine that it would have came out to the same price anyway which was not true since I got charged for extra steak even though I had a chicken bowl. The cashier refused to refund me for the original price. Just terrible service and unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location.

Love the food and great service.

Food was great and it always is. One big problem I'm having at this location is the workers don't seem to have a clue on how to get the line moving. I don't know if they are new and in training or what but its like the 5th time i've been here and it seems to be an issue every time! Hope the service improves because I love their food!

Food good, atmosphere good, server good. Three layer carrot cake was huge! That thing could've fed four people. My cohort and i did what we could to it.

Food was good. Hot sauce bottles were empty or low. Very busy.

My own fault, I sent an online order to leesburg instead of purcellville. But was really dissapointed/frustrated that I couldn't call the store to cancel. It kept ringing and going to an unsetup voicemail.Shoutout to Daisy and the purcellville store for also calling and trying to cancel my order! Above and beyond from one store, other store cant pick up a phone.

Great place to eat and good service

Plenty of parking. Great food. Friendly staff.

Me and my girlfriend who frequent Chipotle and usually get the same thing were pleased with the employees and the food was excellent. Because of COVID-19 we weren't able to dine in so I can't comment on the dining experience but the employees were very nice and the food was everything we expect and love about Chipotle and why we keep coming back.

Erica is an amazing server. She truly connected with my 4 year old. Such a wonderful person. Even if the food wasn't amazing I'd come here again and sit in her section. Perfect for a dinner date with my little Princess.

Good food. Not so good staff. Went in a couple times during a slow period and it seemed like it was a bother that I was there. Like here's your food and get out. No hi, how are you, thank you have a nice day. But I like the food

I’m a regular at this place and they skimp so much if I’m paying ten dollars for a bowl you better not give me a skimp bowl! And they always leave the hard avocado stem inside the guacamole it’s my second time finding that small stem and biting into a hard stem. What a disappointment

Want to be ignored while they make 6 online orders in a row? Want to be laughed at when you mention a special they are supposedly running? On top of that, you can pay Leesburg’s local sales tax. No thanks. I love Chipotle, but this place is garbage and I’m not going back.

Quality has never been good at this location and the last time we ordered carry-out at my work, everyone was very unimpressed with their meal. Also, no one is watching their rack of online orders so if you are hungry just show up and wait for someone to put out an order and it's all yours.
