Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in a busy day, got a place for two and not disappointed over food. The place is open design doesn't have private place to talk.

Food was fresh but seems like everything here cost "extra". Extra for Guacamole, extra for chips, extra for Salsa. I racked up a $17 lunch bill that normally cost me $12 at Moes. Why do chips cost extra? Should be part of the meal!

They served stale food on 5/16/2020. Resulted in bad upset stomach.

Service was not up to part, I tried this location twice and each time I was disappointed.

I have been here twice now. I usually love Chipotle. Both times I was charged different prices for the same things. The black beans were mushy and gross. The veggie crumble was watery and floating in grease/oil. Got charged $2.75 for guac in my bowl. Rice was chewy with no lime flavor. I will never come back to this location again. When I asked the staff about it, they didn't listen. The music was turned up alot louder then the first time I came. Bad overall.

This establishment was very busy, they had a line to the door. This is never a bad thing as you know this means the food must be worth waiting for. I got a carnitas burrito, filled with all the extras. And let me just say that first bite was a bite of delight. All the flavors rushed my mouth as if they were in perfect harmony. Endorphins instantly released and I knew I was in a happy place.

Employees just mash their words together and try to speed talk when asking what you want. Not uttering a single discernible word. Burrito was terribly wrapped to the point where it's leaking everywhere. A toddler could roll a better burrito.

Stood in line waiting with no other customers in the store for a couple of minutes as 3 employees at the counter noticed me and proceeded to ignore me. An employee working online orders had to stop and help me instead, and I'm grateful they did that. I feel bad as they shouldn't have had to stop what they're doing to pick up the slack of another employee assigned to the front. Kudos to him.

Always busy, but the line moves quick. Biggest complaint is the rice is crunchy on occasion. Other that it's a lot of food for a decent price.

What's not to like about Chipotle! The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. This is a great place for lunch to grab a quick bite on the go. If you want to dine-in, the dining area is great for families.

Many team members were not wearing masks. Others didn’t have their noses covered only mouths. Friendly and always good food, but masks should be required

Bug in my burrito bowl! I ordered it to go, so I was sitting down eating it and I saw something that didn't look like a piece of burnt meat. After further examination, yes it was in fact a bug! Looks like washing vegetables is optional. I tried to call but I didn't get a live person or the opportunity to leave a message. I'm sure they probably won't reply to this post. But if they do, you will see it.

Food was great. It was my first time and menu was not the easiest to decipher. The server was not able to explain the food.

No good at all ,don’t place and order via app it will take forever, sorry but I don’t recommend this place

As others have said super busy at lunch time. The line moves quick though so that's a plus. Parking lot is tight and busy so be aware. Food tastes good, however, my chicken has been stringy and chewy recently.
