Chipotle Mexican Grill

The proportions were way to small and they were trying to be so quick that I couldn’t even ask them to put more

The flavor was good. The size of burrito was great!

My go to place when ever i travel to US. Food stimulates my Indian taste buds.

Chipotle is a well established and popular food chain in the United States and rightly so!All the items in their menu can be termed as flavourful and the portion size is good.The chicken burrito was awesome and the cheesy nachos too! No lover of Mexican food can afford to bypass this restaurant!

Worst chipotle ever, they never wear hair nets, and they’re rude. Don’t eat from here they are dirty. They don’t wash hands

they have speedy service but i noticed a lot of he food is pre made the prices are more than any other location i've been to and they don't know what a burrito inside a bowl is

So, tried to give this location one more chance, you can be sure they have indefinitely lost my business and I will be sure to tell all of my coworkers not to go there as well. This location objectively has terrible, terrible service. Last time I submitted a review, I did not make it public, this time, I will be sure to let everyone on Google Review, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter know of the garbage service over here. There's one particular lady who has the worst attitude, I remember her face from last time as well. I asked for lettuce, she literally put maybe 8-10 strands of lettuce in the bowl, I asked for more politely, and she maybe put 2-3 strands; I could tell this was intentional. Next I asked for her name, probably 3-4 times, and she just ignored me. This infuriated me. I also asked for a plain Topo Chico, and I just sat back at my desk and realized that they put a Poland spring water in my bag. I will NEVER return here again!

The shift manger today was a liability. Very rude!

A million, billion, trillion times no.I ordered pickup for 12:00, and at 12:19 I am still waiting for my food. First, they hadn't even started making it when I arrived at 12:05. Then, they realized they didn't have enough steak, after another like 10 minutes of waiting. And at some point I need to cut my losses and just leave.This specific Chipotle is the only time I've had this happen.And they started making it at 12:25.

Most of the time there's a really long line and very few workers. Also, sometimes the workers tend to be on the rude side.I ordered the chicken bowl with white and brown rice, black and pinto beans and all the other goodies to go along with it. Tip: always get your sour cream on the side because they have a tendency to be on the cheap side. like they purchased the sour cream themselves SMH! And the guacamole I do not like it any longer because for some odd unspeakable reason there's little to no seasoning at all. I can even make way much way better guacamole than that at home freshly.

Same as all other Chipotle restaurants except the staff is really rude as a bonus. They rush you down the line even when they are barely busy. Typical bad NYC service. That's why it's always better to go independent if you have the opportunity. At least they care a bit about customer service.
