Chipotle Mexican Grill

Their food was excellent in texture, taste, flavor and colour..

Only got chips and guacamole but I probably have only 20 total chips in the bag. Super slow service. I had to wait for about 15 minutes by the cashier just to get the side of guacamole. Staff bagging the food for pick up customers were super slow that the line goes all the way to the door. It’s supposed to be faster for pick-up. Might as well line up, instead.

When I asked a staff, Im new here and she explained very well and was really nice!! Foods were also good! Thank you!

This place is getting worse. My last few mobile orders came without the ingredients that I ordered, and also much less food -- just about half the bowl that I usually got. Now, the bowl that usually took me 2 meal times to finish became almost not enough for one lunch. I will not keep its stock if this is what the company is heading.

Their dishes are a bit too salty for me to enjoy, but I usually come back when I forget and then I remember again. :) I also wished the components of the meal were a bit hotter when it's served. It always seems like everything is just luke warm and it brings down the enjoyment of eating a hot meal for me. Chipotle hasn't made many changes from the beginning, but it probably needs to. There's a lot of competitors that has copied their formula and has moved past them.

Worst Chipotle location I have been to.The staff are too slow and dont fill up fajitas, steak, salsa, corn, guac or lettuce on time, in that order. I tried to order a steak bowl today. Waited for 5 minutes for the fajitas to be refilled, then told them to forget it and move on to the next step. The medium salsa was the same (waiting to get refilled). When I saw that they didnt have corn or guac too, I just walked out of the store.Its disheartening that one location gives the brand a bad name.Will never go to this location ever.

That was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have had. I don't know if they skimped on the spices while prepping the ingredients today, but I have never eaten such a bland burrito from Chipotle. Truly bad.

This has to be the worst chipotle ever, eveytime I go here they always out of topping the first time no,cheese, then no chicken as of yesterday their wasn't any lettuce or guacamole....

All employees were very professional & polite ; Over all my order was taken quickly & efficiently, great job to the staff.

Gave this place 2 chances. 1st time, no white rice, I left. 2nd time was the worst chipotle spot experience: - miserable portions - sticky white rice - not enough sides to choose from.

I have never had an issue with their food or service, both are great actually. However my gripe comes with the outdoor seating area. It's such a great place to sit at in the summer and enjoy your meal, which makes it such a shame that that is where everyone gathers to smoke. Encouraging this behavior, there is an outdoor ashtray in the seating area where all the smokers stand. I personally don't care, smoke all you want (away from everyone else). But I have asthma so not only is the outdoor seating area ruined for me, I have to get a blast to the lungs just on my way in and out to pick up my food. Good thing I always carry my inhaler with me. It's just plain disrespectful.

I grabbed midweek lunch with a friend here and was pleasantry surprised. The line was relativity short and it moved quickly, thanks to fast (and friendly) service. There is limited seating on the main floor, but steps lead up to a second floor dining area with numerous seating options. The cuisine is normal Chipotle fare. I had a carne bowl, which was filling and delicious
