They made my bowl fat just how I like it and the chips and guacamole was fresh

Food is always too sour for my taste. Burrito tortillas are large but they wrap them a lot and make burritos pretty small.

Very friendly and fast service. Gery patient with me since I was not very familiar with their menu.I would recommend this store. However, I will probably not return. (I apparently do not like cilantro and they put cilantro in most of their items.)

Totally dropped the ball on this one I do believe when you are standing in front of them its totally different from when you have a online order and They just throw your food together they had enough time to get this order right no extra cheese no extra corn and does this look like an $11 bowl to you it was a chicken bowl with steak that I paid three dollars and some change for maybe I should have got a steak bowl and added the chicken I’m so disappointed So I see I should never make an online order I have to go stand in front of them because when I see them making orders in person they pile on everything heavy especially cheese but I don’t know what happened to mine..so not happy.And the only reason why I will go back to this one because it’s a really nice girl on the register she is always friendly I do doordash so I see her a lot she’s really cool but this bowl is not.😖

They got vegetarian items on the menu is definitely a hit

It’s my first time ordering from this location and I’m disappointed! I used Uber eats and I’m very very disappointed! They dumped lots of lettuce and hot sauce over a tiny portion of rice and steak in a burrito bowl! I’ll never purchase food from this location anymore!

This place is great. I always get the bowl with steak and it's enough that I can have for two meals. Very good all the ingredients are fresh and you will enjoy

Right now would be a great time to do in-house customer service and social-emotional training. If it's not too late, throw in psychiatric help. Hurt people hurt people. The service at this Chipotle location is unacceptable and the food mostly inedible. They are a direct result of their leadership. To demonstrate the vastness in their lack of quality staff, quality management, and quality products: the health center that shares the parking lot w/Chipotle, and has staff and patients in and out all day, have actually stated that if they want Chipotle, they patronize a different location. The potential revenue this location is losing.... I understand why. No one wants to pay for a product that lacks all the ingredients they enjoy, blatent disrespect and disregard from the leadership on down. It is truly a shame. I understand why.

Worst experience ever my meat wasnt fresh they didnt have the same set up like downtown this place need a chef and some guidance on customer service skills. I didnt enjoy it at all this is why i travel far to eat

My visit here was actually my first time ever eating at a Chipotle. I have no complaints about anything, such as the food, and service. After walking in to this location, i was greeted, and treated well! I was a little picky due to not being familiar with the menu, but the employee worked with me pretty well. One of the positive things in the Englewood community area, along with Whole Foods, and Starbucks. The last thing i want to do is bash it! I visited during rush hour, and everything went smoothly. Items were replaced when they ran low, and employees used proper sanitizing routines when returning to the food line. As for returning to this location, you can best believe that i will. I'm sure with time, it will get even busier at this location. If you're in or near Englewood Square, i recommend stopping in. It's well worth it, and my bowl was great!Enjoy!
