Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hit or miss. Food is typically bland. They hooked everyone in line up with a lot of guac and meat except me, and when I said something I got accused of being racist... What? It's not the best Chipotle, but Hyde parks pretty dead overall so gotta make do with what we got. Overall just average compared with other Chipotle's.Usually pretty empty inside and a typical Chipotle atmosphere.

Service is a bit turbulent and messy, but the food tastes great and the price is pretty good as well.

Warm pop ice machine not operating

I understand during this pandemic all the precautions that are being taken, However that should not negate customer service. I placed an order for a veggie bowl, theybeven had the nerve to place a sticky note with everything I ordered to be in that bowl. I waited in line for pick upbfor a good 30 mins just to get my order and it was WRONG!! There was chicken all throughout my bowl. Like I said theybwrote the exact ingredients on a sticker placed on the lid and they still made it wrong.

This location is consistent with providing healthier portions lacking in other locations in chicago.

Huge line employees were too busy gossiping. It took over 10 mins for a kids cheese quesadilla that ended up all burnt and gross.

Management and staff are always smiling.The line is almost never long and they get you in and out

Ordered a bowl, fully loaded, tortilla on the side. Recieved - a bowl with rice, beans and salsa. How? The receipt had 8 things written on it. They counted to 3.

The wait for food is sometimes longer then I like but the food has always been a fresh.

They don't even deserve 1 star. They made us wait for our 9:45pm orders for 30 minutes and at 9:45 they kicked us all out and told us to get a refund. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from terribly rude staff. Shame!

This chipotle establishment is the worst I’ve EVER been to. For it to be located in Hyde Park they don’t live up to standards. Every-time I come there I’m getting attitude from mostly all of the workers. The meat is sometimes underdone and it’s always messy. I only come there because it’s closer to my house but I will no longer spend my money there until something is done.

It was the middle of a warm day and they ran out of steak, then they had no black beans also ran out of peppers and onions. After waiting for all of these items (15min), I went to get forks and napkins and they were out! Very sad location in Hyde Park.

Slow yet sloppy. The line moved abysmally slow despite staff rushing through orders, primarily due to staff being overwhelmed with orders placed online. The prep line was so messy - sour cream and guacamole smeared everywhere. Portions were insultingly small, two-thirds or even half the size most other Chipotles serve. It was clear staff was trying to get by with smaller portions because the kitchen prep was running behind. This location is not equipped to handle both online orders and in person orders especially in a neighborhood full of wealthy students ordering food delivered all the time.
