Chipotle Mexican Grill

A good Chipotle located as part of Barracks Road Shopping Center. It is very easy to get to from a lot of places in/around UVA North Grounds. Service is good as is quality. While they have a good amount of seating still during mealtimes it can be packed and the lines long.

We've been going to this Chipotle ever since it opened. But this one is going down on service and today was the worst ever, forcing me to post. To start with, the restaurant was DIRTY. And then. No Tortillas. Plain rice only. No sour cream. No chips. No forks. No napkins. I understand it was Friday night at 9, but this was taking the standards REALLY LOW. My 4 year old (who loves Chipotle) refused to eat. Gotta jack up your game guys, or star losing customers.

Good in many ways (as usual), but this location ... while having veggie options posted ... had no grilled veggies whatsoever! Kind of like going to Burger King and they tell you that they ran out of buns (which actually happened). Food still good ... so hate to ding them a ton. Ended up just adding beans and rice ... and the end I was well fed. My guess is that they are normally better (as with other Chipotle Grills).
