I tried ordering catering from this location for my company, a non-profit, which makes us tax exempt. I was told by the representative on the phone that because my catering order was for delivery and not pickup, there was a 50/50 chance my agency would actually get the tax refund (and it would take 8 weeks if we did get it). Chipotle- you do not get to choose whether to abide by our tax exemption status, you lost out on a $300 order because of this.

Placed my order via the app, went to pick it up on time, got all the way back to work to discover it was made incorrectly. There were ingredients I didn't ask for (cheese due to being vegan) and ingredients I asked for that wasn't there (guac). Missed my lunch period because I had to travel all the way back to the location.

While moving around and seeing places, when tired and hungry, thought this could be a good vegetarian options. And indeed it turned out to be so. We had ordered a Burrito bowl laden with RICE, BEANS & FAJITA VEGGIES and it was really delicious and filling. Perhaps what I missed was wanted something really hot (not spicy) amidst the lake Michigan chill, but this was not to be so. Otherwise a good rejuvenating vegan dish.....

The manager on duty today (1/9/2020 @1:30 pm) during the LUNCH rush was amazing! I was upset and he helped me out ASAP. Great customer service by him and the staff.

If you don't like fresh ingredients then you're not going to like Chipotle. Chipotle is the best of the fast casual Mexican food restaurants in that sphere. This location has minimal seating but is a good spot to get food real quick in the downtown Chicago loop.
