Chipotle Mexican Grill

So first off, let it be clear this is the first time I went to chipotle and I'm sure that maybe there are some better ones somewhere. I don't want to dog on them to much but I got some vegetables and rice for I believe 8-10$, can't remember exactly. The vegetables were fine but the rice was absolutely god awful. The quality of it was comparable to the rice they serve in schools or prison. Didn't taste fresh at all and was super rubbery. The service was ok and I really hope that this was just a bad experience at this one particular place with this one particular food. Maybe their food is good without rice.

When I asked the representative to ask the cook cut the fat out of the meat for me she exclaimed it had been done already but when I ate the burrito it was over half the pieces that still had gristle/fat in them and was very difficult to chew/digest.

Bowls are good, seasoned well chicken I love that part but there's always something going on with the guacamole. It's never all the way right. Avacado peeling in the guac and lots of bruised stringy pieces. You all have to weed the bad parts out then smash....

Love that they have a vegetarian option, soffritas spices on tofu. Really good.

The food is awesome, the service is quick, the employees as just super kind. Helpings of ingredients are always on par.

all chipotle restaurants have really good service

I love Chipotle, but I always feel like the meat portions are too small. Maybe if the weighed just the meat, or filled up a 4 oz cup (or whatever the amount is supposed to be) with the meat so you knew you weren't getting gypped.

This restaurant provides great service and delicious food. The best place around town. The meals served quick and the prices are affordable. Recommended.

Yesterday I went here and the line was to the door. They only had 3 people working and even tho they were swamped they managed to knock it out. The three of them were such a great team and kept a great attitude. Staff like this makes me want to come back even if I have to wait because they take care of their customers. I wish I knew the guys names so I could post it. They were amazing yesterday!

They are responsible people, we lost our wallet and they return it to us, so very nice to us

This was the cleanest Chipotle I've been to, good job
