Everyone knows Chipotle. You know what to expect. The quality is the same as your avg run of the mill Chipotle. Sometimes you get those employees who act like they are on a food line in a war torn country and giving you more than 4 cubes of meat will set the entire country back to the dark ages. Sometimes you get an actual human being that understands you're paying for food and should be given actual servings of the ingredients. During the busy cedar point months, you might as well forget coming. The place is full of entitled tourists in their UGGs and jogging pants who can't believe you live, work and breathe in their vacation spot where they came to get bed bugs at great Wolf Lodge and ride roller coasters.

I am a big fan of chipotle but this was literally the worst restaurant I've ever been to. It was super nasty all over inside. Not a single table clean. Horrible portions. Super rude workers

Love love love they're food..was going to get application for employment but read on website how they're not paying sick leave for anyone and decided not to apply simply because the manager I talked with in Sandusky Chipotle didn't have the option to discuss the position there.. I just gave up..not because I don't want to work but don't expect rudeness

One of the worst chipotles around I’d drive from Sandusky to Amherst for chipotle if I wanted it the rice is always nasty the peppers are always over done or burnt management is horrible I ordered the other day and picked up time was 11:30 it was 12:20 and still not done I got my money back and left won’t be back and I live in Perkins I’ll pick up from Amherst !!

I've been to many Chipotle stores over the years, and this one is easily my favorite. I literally just picked up a burrito bowl today, and even though the line was super long, the staff was composed, and it flew by.And for some reason, the food here just tastes better--particularly the corn and sour cream. I'm not sure what they do differently here, but it tastes so much fresher than Chipotle stores closer to the Cleveland area. Keep up the good work!

Food was great but lineup was a bit long during the busy lunch time. Employees were doing well though. Customer service was good. Store was clean even busy during busy time.

The food was really good but my date found a bone in his chicken which was a bit concerning considering there shouldn’t really be bones left in the meat when it’s served but otherwise it was a good experience.

Never, ever, EVER order online. It’s better to just hold the line up with two or three orders. They WILL mess it up somehow, and will absolutely short you on rice and meat! The food is always good and fresh (excluding the guacamole), so I won’t go below 3 stars... however, and I can’t stress this enough, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
