Large portions. Great service

Great food and great atmosphere!

Everytime I place an online order at/for the North Olmsted Chipotle, its either wrong, missing items or this last time it was insufficiently created. I ordered 4 separate meals from this last visit and all of them had practically NO MEAT on them and the guacamole (which you pay hefty for) was almost non-existent!! Highly disappointing! Especially when you don't feel like cooking. $50 meal that lacked a ton!!!

They might want to turn the music down. Yelling your order isn't ideal.

I ordered a chicken burrito for my daughter today in the app for pick up. The first issue was I had to wait a bit for my online order even though several employees passed me and never asked why I was standing at the counter as if this isn’t where online orders go. Finally after getting impatient I just called out hey I have an online order. The size of the burrito was unreal no bigger than a pack of cigarettes. It was also wrong no one in my home eats beef and it was steak not chicken. I just want a refund since I live at least 12 miles from this location . I would give no stars if possible I hate to give this location even 1

It's very good in the afternoon for lunch, not nearly as good in the evening.

Requested a chicken bowl with lite tomatoes, he put too many tomatoes and when I said that was too much, he used a plastic cup and took off 1 tomato and said is that still too much because that didn't look like a lot of tomatoes. Last time I checked I was the one going to eat the bowl, not to mention pay for it. I literally had to ask for my bowl to pick off the tomatoes and then he refused to put cheese on my bowl because he handed me the bowl and said he can't touch ot once if leaves from behind the counter. That's was fine, but if he had not added or at least took the tomatoes off, it wouldn't have been "contaminated". I can't take away from the way the bowl tasted, simply the ccustomer service.

Always a good experience here. My coworkers and I go fairly regularly and service is always fast and friendly. They are always well stocked and well staffed. The restaurant is kept clean and there's I nice patio to sit on when the weather is nice.

Asked for double meat but the girl that was serving only gave me half serving. Dry rice and the wholePlace was messy.

Good portions compared to other Chipotle stores

Always happy to go to this Chipotle. About the same as any other you may find, and the staff is nice!

Ran out of white rice, steak, and guacamole at 6 PM, was very rudely told it would be at least half an hour.
