Chinese Restaurant Shin Chuka

This is simply the worst place I have ever eaten from. The service was simply atrocious. An elderly gentlemen with glasses first seated and was very unfriendly and unapproachable. We ordered our food and asked how much is each portion and the man simply was told enough and the man walked away. When the starters came they were tiny portions and cold. We requested more starters and the elderly waitress rolled her eyes and mumbled something then walked off. We complained to the manager who try to calm us down but not speaking to any of the rude staff. When food came again the waiters were rude from which we had had enough and all got up and walked off. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, awful....

The China Palace undoubtedly serves the best and most authentic Chinese food I have ever eaten! The dining areas are spectacularly clean and the staff are immeasurably polite. The traditional Chinese music that plays softly in the background whilst you eat makes your experience in the restaurant that much better! Highly Recommended!

China Palace was a good discovery for me. A quiet, classy Chinese restaurant, with reasonable prices. It's Cantonese through and through, from the entrance porch, to the tables and ambience.Location maybe a bit tricky, depending on where you're coming from but whether it's a couples' or family outing, it's worth it.Meals were well prepared and tasty. Not crowded like the traditional Chinese restaurants tend to be. The look and quality of the place is a lot higher than the expected cost of meals.The receptionist was highly professional and experienced, and service was great. Meals took only about 10 - 15mins to arrive.I would definitely recommend and visit this place again, whenever I come through this part of the UK.

Food was not good service was delay and even they delay in taking orders.....ambience was good....if they improve thier service and food i will think to come back again otherwise no way....even they charge you for mixer (means if you order and hard drink they will charge you for mixer)

The 2 waiters seemed to struggle with a full house, but the place was full on a Thursday night so speaks for itself. Great food, we will be back!
