Wonderful atmosphere staff very knowledgeable on there products

I normally don’t get colds and have never had the flu, but on three occasions I have had bronchitis which has always been very severe. On the last occasion, after three months of getting worse and the doctor dismissing me “because it’s a virus”, I went to Herbal Inn in Lewisham. I have always found the staff very nice, and within two days of starting the (at first bitter tasting) tea, I could literally feel my airways drying up! Blessed relief!!!!

Went in for ear wax candelling. The two doctors didnt check with an otoscope before starting to use the candles, neither do I remember either washing their hands before or after treating me.The ear i was most affected did start to clear but should probably have had an extra candel used on it.Cost £20, took 20 mins. Incompletely sucessful.
