I was regular customer Here, before the COVID 19, But since its only been take out I notice more of there unprofessionalism, and poor customer service ethics, especially coming from the owners, its disgusting. There was a mistake on my order and I politely informed them; and me being the loyal customer I expected there reaction to be completely different. The Lady on the phone literally was combative, and denying she put in the wrong order; and by the time I arrived to address the Boss, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away speaking her language. I spent my hard earn money at this place for me to be disrespected over food, its foolish. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES ETIQUTTE AT THIS PLACE.

By far the worst Chinese food I have ever had from the order to delivery to the food. I called to order delivery and told them my allergy to shell fish, was told it was going to be 45 minutes until my food got to me which is fine. 15 minutes into waiting I went to the bathroom, while in the bathroom the delivery driver arrived early I was happy with this until I went down to get it not even 5 minutes later and apologized for him waiting letting him know I was in the bathroom when he arrived he was extremely rude. Than I looked at my food they gave me the wrong price and my chicken moo goo gia pan was almost all mushrooms with cold chicken. My spring roll fell apart when I picked it up and contained shrimp after they were aware of my allergy and I has specifically asked if it was safe for me and promised it was. Over all would never go again and will tell everyone I know about the horrible experience.

I often go to eat at this place and or get it delivered. The only problem I have with them is the fact that they stop delivering an hour before they close. I don’t know who is running this establishment, but as a business owner myself. I would want my workers to get as much money as possible. Food is good, but service is terrible. 3 star for food. 1 star for service

Every time I order take out, the rudest staff are working. Tonight I ordered take out after a long hiatus and when my order was ready, the girl threw my bag on the counter and gave me a disgusting a look when I still said thank you. I will not be returning.

Love the food. I wish the menu was more detailed. Like what's in a dish and what's in the sushi. Some things have descriptions but not all . would be nice to have a drink menu with Chinese drinks. More pictures in menu would be great. Not everyone is so familiar with Chinese and Japanese food that we know what we're ordering.

I went for the first time lastnight they are clean i like that you can see into the kitchen. They have the best spring rolls i have ever had ever! But other than that everything looks good but there is no flavor very bland food but if they added flavor they would be excellent! I dont even like Chinese food. So they lack flavor.

Boneless spareribs always 85 % fat. Wings are never cooked enuff even when u ask for welldone. And the fried rice should be called refried rice .Whoever answers the phone is very rude its a lady i can say that much

Best appetizers fast service. You can get speciality dishes or combo plates. Reasonably priced. However staff is never friendly

Went here for dinner July 5, the first time in a while. Chinatown is just as good as it ever was, which is great. Food excellent. The menu now has Japanese choices, but we ordered from the Chinese section: Peking ravioli, Moo Goo Gai Pan and General Gao' Chicken. All first rate and all in generous portions. Chicken dishes both had lots of white meat chicken. Service was attentive, friendly and professional. Chinatown is now back on top of our list of favorite Asian restaurants.
