Good food, good quantity, fast service

Always recieved good customer service everytime I come here, they have the food ready within a reasonable time frame after the order is place, and the food itself is of good quality.

Did not take order correctly and over charged then had us wait even longer and pay for them to correct order. Kids are not being watched and obviously are a workers kid. Tables are completely discusting not sure theve even been washed once today. The front door is open the entire time while here. So we had to eat with bugs coming in and had to eat in cold air.

Their takeout saved dinner for my family on so many occasions. We always got Happy Family and both soups (egg drop, hot&sour) and it's always hot, fresh, and delicious. Even last year when the tireless proprietor was balancing a baby on her hip, we still got fast, quality service, at an affordable price (comes out to less than $2 per person/mouth). I always leave a tip; they deserve it!

Best Chinese food in Mobile. Tofu dishes are especially good.

Foods pretty good. Beef and broccoli dish is great!!

Eat here once a week

Ordered food and on my way to get it, I was in a car wreck and they blew up my phone getting angry that I couldn’t come get my food,So I tried ordering food again a while later and they harassed me about not coming to pick up my food the last time even though it was out of my control. Very rude staff that is unacceptable.

Terrible experience. Besides the nearly crippling language barrier, the owner and staff proved incredibly incompetent. While everyone can have a bad day, this was not the case. They claimed my meal had been given to someone else. I asked repeatedly, pointing to a specific meal waiting for pick up, 'are you sure? I believe that one is mine'. Repeatedly I asked this and was told again and again 'no no no, this one not yours'. I tried showing my ticket, I tried asking them to check. After forty-five minutes of waiting for my food (which I had already paid for) to be remade, I had enough and asked for a refund. She responds by looking in that bag that had been sitting there the whole time and says 'oh this one yours, here you go!'Sure enough it was mine. And it will be the last time I try China One.

Super fast and yummy sesame chicken!

I've looked for years to find the quality of Chinese food this restaurant serves. They are friendly and fast and so so delicious! So glad we tried this place! AWESOME!!
