I'll give a solid endorsement. They've been there for as long as I can remember now. I see locals in there often enough. Not sure if they're year round but they've been open late into the season. Pretty much what you might expect from Americanized Chinese food. It's quick and sensibly priced. Food quality has impoved over time. Stick to items you might generally order and don't get anything too crazy. I'll give a nod to the homemade chicken dumplings. Boneless spare ribs too, which are cut as big chunks. The food can be salty at times but you can ask them to leave it out and add your own at the table. In town this is one of the quickest, easiest, and most affordable spots.

We were craving authentic Chinese food and gave China Joy a chance. We are always wary of Chinese restaurants outside of the large Chinese communities. We were pleasantly surprised that the two dishes we ordered were good and very tasty. We ordered from the Chinese menu the string beans with minced pork and shrimp omelette. The main negative I had was that the string beans didn't have the ends peeled which made it difficult to eat as we had to spit them out. I took a picture so that you can see this. Overall, China Joy is a pretty good restaurant for Chinese food especially if you're having a craving for Asian food.
