First time stopping by. We ordered three combination meals boneless spare ribs with fried rice and Chicken Lo Mein. Plus fried chicken wings which she added for me mintues after I ordered. Everything was tasty and fresh. The lady was very kind and polite. There was an issue that occurred with another guest and the lady fixed the issue no problem and quickly. The guest was pleased with the results. Will come back again and they have my business.

I have been ordering here for years and recently the women has been so rude, she continues to say they don’t deliver and they don’t do any specials. I’ve ordered from this place for 6 years and she has been the worst. She told me because I called in and placed an order at12 o clock I have to get the large which is the dinner. Had I can in without placing the order I could have received the lunch. Then she hangs up on me telling me I need to hang up saying are you going to get it or not . Very hostile I wouldn’t advise anyone spending your money here

Great job! I just moved to the area and it was my first time trying them. So far I can say that it was one of the best food and service experiences. Placed an order for delivery today and was so pleasantly surprised. The lady on the phone was so professional and polite! Food was delivered on time, the driver was very nice and friendly. Can definitely say they got a new loyal customer.

good food and I think it's family owned which is pretty cool, me n my buddies ate dead good for 40$ and still had plenty after we were full.

Another fast food treasure - out Americanized oriental food. Large portions, still hot on arrival, good variety, good food, and the only one of this type of restaurant I could find that was opened.(I went to 4 others first) I will visit again and I would recommend this business to all.

Good Chinese food to eat inhouse or to take out

I have tried multiple times to order delivery from this place. When calling someone picks up and gets about all the way through the process when a woman (probably the owner) picks up the phone making up excuses on why they cannot deliver to me. In all my time living in Jacksonville I have ordered from them countless times with no problems. Yet recently she picks up the phone with an attitude claiming I can’t do a delivery, saying it’s a 2 hour wait, just to keep me from making an order. I will no longer even attempt to order from here since apparently that’s an issue. -10 stars

Food is horrible and I found a bug cooked inside my chicken as you can see in the picture they said it's my fault I have bugs in my house I will never order here again and I recommend nobody else does either
