I love coming here!

The food was good, Americanized Chinese food so don’t come looking for anything authentic. They were efficient getting us to our table though we came at the tail end of lunch. They have a salad bar, fruit and treat buffet and then a single buffet for the food with the standards. Not a huge selection but definitely covered the basics. Restrooms and the dining area were clean and staff were quick to clean dirty plates off tables and anything on the floor. Overall if you’re looking for something quick, in and out dining this is the perfect place. If there was anything negative to note was the lack of “welcome” in that I only saw wait staff smile at each other and not at the customers. Never rude just abrupt and to the point.

Almost a Macon institution, the China Garden Restaurant has been here for decades offering a buffet of Chinese style dishes together with some American favorites as well as an adequate salad bar. There is an ever popular self serve ice cream machine. Perhaps the only Chinese restaurant within a 50 mile radius, it gets crowded on weekends. Predictably adequate popular dishes in all you can eat setting, keeps them coming.

Not a bad Chinese restaurant. Of it wasn't the only place in town for Chinese food, I bet it would be allot better.

Great food!! Try ordering from menu if you are gonna do take out. Chefs in back always do a phenomenal job! Great business.

Food was delicious! Hot, plentiful, and FRESH! Plus a very nice variety. The stuffed mushrooms we're over the top delicious, but the entire buffet was wonderful! Will definitely come again.

One of our favorite places to eat in Macon. Friendly service and great food. One of very few Chinese buffets that the spicy food actually has some heat to it.

Great food friendly staff

The food is hot and delicious and the wait staff are very attentive. Only complaint is that they don't have the biggest selection of food. They have one fairly decent sized hot top with good food, all the staples are there like General Tso's and pineapple chicken and of course Crab Rangoon just not a ton of other variety.
