Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.

This was our first time here. From the second we walked in the door, until we left everything was amazing. The food was out of this world. Our waiter Justin was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to our family and friends. Cant wait to go back again.

I like this venue a lot. It has a nice feeling. The meals are tasty. the service is dynamic and the personel is well trained. The price is honest. extremely recommend.

The food was great and there is a large variety of foods to choose from. You can go back up as many times as you want and get more food. The service was wonderful, the people were very polite and helpful.

Yes you can as long they are presentable meaning no large holes or hanging off your butt

Yes it is. Salad bar with 34 salad options and then while at table you have a card that says yes, please and on other side no thank you & gauchos come by with various meat and will cut it off skewer after telling them how you prefer your meat. When you do not want anymore meat flip to no thank you. Great food and time, it is a Brazilian Steakhouse

During restaurant week, absolutely! 50$ was the whole menu!
