Chiloso Mexican Bistro

Surprisingly good! I never thought of going, due to thinking this would be an overpriced regular tex-mex place. It's like an in-between fastfood and restaurant place. The food and service was great!

Great food and ever one is friendly and a great place to take the family

First time to try Chiloso and it was awesome. We will go back. Sort of in an out of the way location, but yummy, the food was hot and service was good.

The food was really good. I had the make your own nachos. Queso was good. Chicken was alright. My husband got a nacho bowl with all the veggies. It was good. Nothing really stood out. It took them a while to make a quesadilla for my son, but we did arrive during a dinner rush. Seating was awkward. It did appear to be a high school or middle school hangout, so plan accordingly.

I really like their food but the women who takes the orders doesn't speak English. She then repeats the order so fast I can't tell if she got it right or not. So not only did I order something other than what I got, it took so long for the food to come I had to take it to go.

I liked Avocado smash, it was full of flavors, I like spicy. The salsa was just ok. Chips were bit greasy. It's a quick lunch place with decent environment.

Very elegant and convenient spot. They offer generous meals and for reasonable prices. We liked the meals very much and the staff were super personal and explanatory. I recommend this place.

The do not serve any beer here like many other Chiloso restaurants I have been to. Very busy and full of high school kids on the weekend! But good food 👌

We came around 7:30am on Saturday but it was quite crowded. We got 2 orders of 3-pack breakfast tacos for 3 of us since we didn’t want to have heavy breakfast. The staff is very friendly and nice. She tried very hard to make our orders. Five stars for the service. However, tacos just tasted ok. Not so impressed.

I always come here for the grilled avocados with barbacoa and the side salad. The avocados float on a little bit of queso and with a good squeeze of lime these are one of the best dishes in Rockwall. There's always a line but it moves quickly.

Been here more times than I can count. It's amazing.

Food is good just seems like they have been putting a lot smaller portions of meat and extra's then they normally do.

This restaurant is by far a gem! Food was fresh & temperature was on point (just the way I like it). Manager was great & so were the staff. I wasn’t too familiar with the menu, so ordered an entree a lil too spicy for my taste buds. Since we ended up eating in the parking lot (covid-19), I called & was able to switch out my plate for something else -no questions asked ... now that’s GREAT customer service! I definitely recommend this 5 star restaurant.
