“Please wait to be seated†was the best greeting we received while visiting this establishment. Exactly how long should that wait be and how warm of a welcome should we expect? Once restaurant host staff decided to emerge from the back of the house, my mother, who wasn’t feeling well after our long walk a few concourses over, needed to sit down and chose a table after several minutes. The host staff reprimanded me while pointing to the “please wait†sign and then stormed to the table where my mom sat and began wiping off the already clean table without acknowledging her. Needless to say, we promptly decided to eat somewhere else that would be happier to have us as customers. So again I ask, how long should I expect to “Please wait to be seated†and can I expect your staff to be courteous?

Decent service and they had a VERY limited menu, and Crazy High Prices!!! I thought I was at a Bears game when I saw how much they charged for beer.

Waited more than 15 minutes for someone to take my order. My order came pretty quickly, but the fries were cold and pickle was missing. My turkey club had 1 piece of bacon... on one side. Food is served in paper and plastic. Will keep walking next time.
