Chilis

The Santa Fe salad here is amazing. I ordered it at a chillis in NJ and it doesn’t compare. The cooks here are amazing. I once had a very small issue with my food and the manager Kathy made it right. Thanks!

I would give zero stars if I could. Upon walking in, we were ignored by the hostess for approximately five minutes. She proceeded to sit people that walked in AFTER us down. When I asked her how long it would be before we were seated, she replied with, “Oh. I didn’t already tell you?” Fine. We sat down and ordered our food. They then gave us cheap, plastic knives and forks… to cut steak. My steak was also nearly raw, when I asked for medium. I asked for spoons for my two toddlers, but my request was completely ignored. Being short-staffed is one thing. Having servers that refuse to their job is another. I don’t mind the wait. I mind the awful service. I will not be returning to this location.

Love this location, very polite young lady's, always clean. Love their lunch menu, fast service & can't forget great drinks 🍹🤪

Food is decent, but the service is always slow. My friend and were disgusted to a roach as we sat in our booth.

Ever since Chili's stream line their menu a few years back. The portions are smaller and some sides have been removed. Overall they still offer good deals and sliders and fajitas are still good.

Johnny from the late night crew always takes care of me and is very polite. I come here multiple times a month and he always makes me feel welcomed. Thank you so much JOHNNY! You truly ROCK!

I wish there was less than one star so I can give this store. Worst service ever. I walked in and was seated by the unhappy person on the front. And waited there ready to order for more than 30 minutes and no one showed up. I ended up leaving and one even noticed.

I come to this Chili's every week and today I had the most rude disrespectful waitress (Krystal) ever. My food was good but I felt like the waitress was rushing me to order so she could leave at 4pm. Inspite of the service I received today I will return but only when the other waitress is here.

We didn't have to wait long they took us right away the food was good the service was okay the only thing that I was concerned about was by the bar it's very unsanitized there was even an ants crawling on our table while we were placing our order the floors look like they weren't clean for months the area smelled kind of moldy

We walked in a hour before closing and sat at the bar. Drinks were spot on and food was good. The bartender was friendly and fast.

We came here and it was basically completely empty. There was probably about 2 tables on the side of the room we were in. We were waiting 30 minutes before someone even asked what we wanted to drink and a man had to instruct someone to come over to us and ask what we wanted. This place is severely understaffed and they sit however many people no matter how many people they have waitressing. Our waitress was seating people, serving people, and making drinks at the bar while I only saw one other person here. It's a Sunday around 5:00 which was not that busy, just not enough people.

This place gave the worst service I have ever had. I try to take my mother who is wheelchair-bound to a place to eat and the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by someone who was very rude and did not want to listen so we put our names down anyway. Also when we returned to be seated they were trying to sit us in a smaller environment where a wheelchair could not fit. I made the waitress or hostess aware yet she try to put me into even smaller place. I felt so bad for my mom we just ended up leaving.

Very Courteous staff, attentive, but not overbearing. The food there.. ..well I can't speak for the whole menu, but I can tell you the food I ordered was perfect! The margarita grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, with a charred almost blackened skin but certainly not burnt, just kissed by the grill long enough to leave it's mark and show it's truly grilled. The fiesta salsa topping on the end added just the right amount of kick to make their healthy portion of chicken not seem to one note, And, all that sat happily atop some excellently seasoned rice and beans, (also perfectly cooked might I add). I finished that off with the best Lava Cake on the planet, you just can't mess with Chili's when it comes to dessert, I don't know if this place is good near you but this one in particular is BOMB 💣💣💣
