They have great staff and are good at getting orders correct for you. This place is always clean, no matter how busy they get. Sometimes it takes a while just based on how many people are there and how many staff, but they do all they can to make things work. Awesome management on staff on weekends for sure

Food is wonderful. Chicken Enchiladas are simply divine! Best I have tasted. Chips and salsa are the best on the planet...they are my weakness. Staff and management are superb. Great comradery among the workers. They are a team working for a common goal. So enjoy my visits at the restaurant. Great atmosphere. The overall Chili's encounter is presented at this location.

Good food, good service, attentive waiters. I walked in sat at the bar and had my meal. The bartender checked on me periodically and was chill and didn't force interactions however if you wanted to talk he would to you. Definitely check out this spot if you in Addison.
