Chili's

Food was good but could not enjoy my meal because it was so cold in there. Me and my family were freezing the whole time. And the floors are very slick like an ice rink. Waiting for an accident to happen. My husband and 75 year old father almost fell. The humidity is awful in the building which makes the floors wet and slick. Next time we will have to go to the other Chilli's in Preston. Our server was nice though.

5 in our party and no wait, good start. Our server was very nice and polite, a tad slow though. We got kids meal, 2 of the 3 for $10 meals ( drink, choice between 3 appetizers, and choice between I think 6 entree's). We also got 2 can dine for$25 ( choice between 5 appetizers- 1 choice, choose 2 entree's- choice between I believe 6, 1 sharable desert- can choose between 2). All in all it was good, not fabulous, but everyone was able to something and from the same place!

Pretty sad experience. The waitress was nice enough, but didn't seem very customer oriented. Our order took well over a half an hour to come out. The food was good, but this was a sad experience. We will definitely try another Chili's in the area, but not this one again.

The service was slow. Stood at the door to be seated for 5 minutes. We were getting ready to leave when the hostess got up from a table and seated us. It was 4:45 and there was only a couple of tables in there. The server was friendly but slow. My husband and dad got their food and 10 minutes later I got my food. Didn't get the sides I ordered. 5 minutes later I got my corn on the cob. I have to say the food was good. It was extremely cold. Couldn't wait to leave. Not sure if we'll be back.

A couple of years ago when this location first opened it was great. Sadly, service has suffered but the food is mostly consistently good. I wish the servers had a greater sense of urgency in providing quality service.

I love this place, especially the new fajitas. Had a great margaritas special- one of their premiums for only $5, will definitely be in this place on Mondays and Thursdays

New massive fajitas. Always have enough to take home. Reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere.

The Blackberry tea is my favorite. It is worth the trip just for it alone! Tried the lunch special with the shrimp tacos - yum. Will get this again next time I go back. Server was very courteous and efficient.

Food was great. Table was dirty and steak knives were gritty with old food. Waitress was Savannah. She was ok at her job. Gave her bigger tip than 15%. Counted my money in front of wife. After tip I had 160 in 20s. Messed up left money in booth. Called store and manager got 140. So chili's is a crook. Bill was $46.39 a $ 12.00 tip and a stolen $20 the dinner with wife cost $78.39. Chili's is not worth that.

Great food fast friendly service !

Food was good! Server was average. The floor was so gross I could skate across it and thought I was going to fall, They watered down the ranch dressing, the servers were sitting around on their phones, they placed us next to the most geto group they could when the whole restaurant was open. Take a look at the picture of the servers. Oh and you could smell the greasy nasty floor.

Absolutely disgusting! Upon arriving every table was empty but had food, plates and stuff on everyone of them.( THERE WAS ONLY 5 COUPLES IN THERE ST THE TIME). We had to ask waitress to wipe off table she did but there was still sticky substance all over it. It took 45 minutes to get our food Then had to walk to kitchen and ask for plates, napkins and utensils because they didn't give us any. We walked to bathroom and almost fell because the floor was so slick with grease! Bathrooms had feces everywhere. We were there about 2 hours and they never once cleaned off any of the tables! DO NONOT GO HERE! IT IS THE DIRTIEST RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TOO! AND THE STAFF IS BEYOND LAZY!

Best chips and salsa ever!

Really good food. Chili is amazing. Some prices are pretty good. Would recommend. Waitress was pretty busy but done a good job with keeping up with everyone.
