Chili's

Walk in there is no line but we wait 3 to 5 mins to be seated, I should have known then its wasn't going to be good. Ok get seated, ok let's do something simple we order the 3 for $10 special...drinks came right away, remember its not busy at all, it took 20 mins to bring the salad...now I'm pissed but wait manager hears I'm upset and said oh by the way your entree is ready...2 mins after the salad comes out couldn't win for losing well on the brightside I ate my salad with my entree...I guess that was the good part

Almost always get the 3 for $10 deal. Great value and delicious.

Chili's is usually good. Our most recent visit was anything but good. I had to look twice at my first Strawberry Lemonade. It was the same shade as my wife's water. How could the server NOT notice it was very diluted? He got me a second one that looked fine but still had no flavor. I ordered the Southern Smokehouse Burger. A side of BBQ sauce was supposed to come with it. All of the other tables the server had were on the other side of the restaurant. After waiting about 10 minutes I finally got his attention. I had to wait a couple more minutes to get the sauce to put on my stone cold burger. Very disappointing. We've never had a poor experience like this at the Okeechobee location.

Chain restaurant with decent variety of food. Service at this location has been hit-or-miss and the kitchen is notoriously backed-up. Food quality has been good overall.

Friendly staff. Service was efficient. Food was ok but nothing spectacular.

Jaime the server was excellent. The manager was rude. We were sat in an area that had no lighting and when asked to be moved he tried to snatch the table while i was still sitting. And when asked about the lighting, i was told to use the flashlight on my phone.

Me and my friend went to this place on an evening. We tried their food and drinks. We were really happy with the quality they served. Moreover, the place a very different and unique vibe. We went their just for a drink or two, but we ended up spending around 3 hours at this place. The place has a very good vibe that binds you in itself and you enjoy staying there. The staff was really polite and made sure that we got each and every service in time.

Savannah was an absolutely PHENOMENAL waitress. I'll be sure to return JUST BECAUSE of her genuine hospitality and personality!
