Chili's

The staff was excellent. They courteous, attentive, and served our group of 10 with ease. Everyone enjoyed their food. However, my chicken tenders were small and dry. They have really gone downhill over the past few years.

We love Chilis and you will not be disappointed with this one! Food was delicious and staff was young but very nice! All the food in the pictures are from the 3 for $10 menu. Thank you for making my husband's birthday dinner great!

We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waiter visited our table quickly. Our food came out hot and fast. Prices were a little higher than other chains of this type. $13 for a burger and fries. But I was not disappointed with the quality of what I received. I ordered the Santa Fe Burger which comes with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos and avocado . The burger was delicious and the spice level was just right.

First time eating out the actual physical location this weekend which I'm glad I went because it seems like a really nice spot to go back to you in the spring and summer and love sitting in an attic or the service was really fast. Our server was good, friendly and responsive (thank you Morgan). Food was what was expected - delivered hot and in a timely manner. More importantly, the food was good. My only issue was cleanliness. Walking to and from our table felt as if we were walking on ice. The floors were quite greasy and slippery. And some dust and dirt around mouldings. While the overall experience was very good, the cleanliness had me wondering about the kitchen and food prep areas. I would have given 5 had it not been for these reasons above.

I know it's the holidays and i am thankful for those who are working here, but this is the worst meal I've ever had from chili's!! Everything you see here is cold. I've waited 25 minutes for my food and it's still cold.

Even though it’s one of my favorites we don’t usually go to Chili’s because it’s further from our house than other restaurants, but we had a great experience. Went early on a Saturday evening, was sat quickly with fast service. Drinks came quickly and the bar drinks were delicious. Jarritt was our server and he was attentive, accurate, and great with our toddler. Food was delicious. Very pleased with our experience!

Made a call ahead reservation for a friend of mine and I on Valentine's Day and luckily I took the name of the person who took the reservation over the phone because when we arrived they had no record of our reservation! The manager on duty, however, resolved this issue very quickly and got us seated at a table within about 15 minutes and the rest of the evening went great. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and the server was polite, friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was very clean and the hostess was pleasant. We were seated really quickly but it took awhile for anyone to get our drink order and the restaurant was no where busy. One order came out luke warm and had to be sent back which makes dining as a group difficult. The manager corrected the problem.

Typical food for a chain restaurant. I had endless soup, salad and chips for lunch. It was good, no complaints. Service was good. Not crowded at all at 1pm on a Friday.

Did curbside pick up for mother's day. I wanted olive garden but apparently their website was so busy I couldn't even get to a menu screen. Chili's online ordering works flawlessly. There were quite a few cars when i got there but they got my food out to me quickly. Steak was perfectly cooked which never happens Togo, everything was warm and delicious.
