Sheila, thank you for your excellent service during your busy dinner time. I was impressed by how quickly you took my order, and when I told you that have limited time until my next flight you expedited your service from the beginning to the end. At the same time you were prompt to greet other clients as well and all of this with nothing but positive attitude the whole time. Thank you again. You truly are the best.

Surprisingly good while being located in airport. Service was quick. Menu had a good variety of alcoholic drinks and food items. Chips were way too salty, but we had refills on our water quickly.

Leave yourself plenty of time for a "quick/express" bite at this location. Perfect however for longer layovers (over two hours). They offer nearly a full menu as well as drinks. Don't be shy about waving down a server, as they seem slightly understaffed.

Glad that Chilis is present at Terminal 3 ohare.. with the kind of options they have, always helps to have good food before take off 😁

Excellent service from the bar tender Nico tonight. Working by himself but was doing the absolutely best he could with what he had to work with. Kudos to Nico and I hope we made your night a little bit better, from the couple traveling from Cancun.

So much extra room for seating, it is shocking. They have a to go menu and a cooler full of stocked sandwiches and salads. It may be a full menu!

Terrible service and mediocre food. Many of the menu prices aren't posted, so you overpay for everything. I will never dine or drink at this location again, and others should avoid it as well.

This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for fair rates. Consistently neat and with fantastic character. Will come back again.

Amazing customer service! I ordered an extra order of wings to take on my flight, then left them behind. By the time I realized it, they had bussed the table. So they made me a new order for no extra charge! That’s great customer service!

Chili's with the boys is all I can say. Steadfast joint. Cold beer and the normal selection of apps and burgers.

My egg rolls and strawberry margarita was good but my salmon dish was not good at all like warm no seasonings took a long time for it to come out the waiter and manager were nice about it the manager brought me some more egg rolls I had to go and called over the host that seated me to take my money he gave not to the waiter the waiter brought back my card left the tip in the book I left him he said he was returning with a to go box but I couldn't wait any longer than I already was..... I understand it's the airport but my experience could have been better

The restaurant was extremely busy and almost fill, but I was seated quickly. I was in a hurry for my flight and it was obvious to my server. I found something that didn't need much preparation and have my order within 2 minutes of being seated. My food was out in under 5 minutes. I got the California turkey club and fries. Both tasted great. My server was very attentive and quick.

The food was okay but the tables are jam-packed into the area. They're so close that I could have easily joined the conversation if the two beside me. Their table was a foot away.
