Chicken Shack

The food is amazing. It is definitely more expensive than the Westland chicken shack though. Nice and clean inside.

If I could rate you guys lower than 1 I would I was very dissapointed in the food I received from you guys through door dash. I had the wings dinner my wings was very very hard and barely edible not to mention everything was cold. I usually like the food from here but not this time was definitely not worth the money I paid dont know if I will be ordering from here again

the food here is good and you get a lot of food for the money. really like the English style cod and onion rings. food was nice and hot when I picked it up and staff was friendly and accomodating. make sure you ask for tartar and hot sauce before leaving and enjoy that crispy fish and chips.

Really disappointed. We love Chicken Shack and don't often get to go to one because we live so far away. Was in the area tonight and got there at 8:15pm for a late dinner only to find the doors locked with customers and staff inside. Called the shop and was greeted with "Thanks for calling Chicken Shack. We're closing early tonight". Nice customer service.

I've been living in the area for approximately 5 years and this chicken shack (Livonia) has always been a pleasure to visit. My food is always fresh and their great service is always served with smile. Even the cooks recognize me and go out of their way to say hello. Give those ladies and gentlemen a raise!

I ordered the wing ding dinner all Flats. I did not get that and the store representative who gave me my meal stated" look here he's doing the best he can. I count 4 drummets. So is this a deal breaker?" I told him l had waited like the other customers. I took the bag and left. I did not get my cook sauce which was indicated on my receipt. I hate to return food. The 10% l get off my meal because I'm a veteran l always leave as a tip when l pay. I won't return to this location.
