Chicken Shack

The food is excellent. You will have to wait a little while and it is somewhat pricey. Make sure you ask for your condiments and make sure you are made aware of what comes with your meal. Lunch prices are different from dinner prices. The best potatoes, chicken and ribs!

I visited this Chicken shack for chicken bites and boasted potatoes, the dish once received was horrible, it loomed more like chicken nuggets (5) to be exact, I tried to redeem a chicken shack gift card, I was told; " we don't take them". Why does Chicken Shack well gift cards that you can't redeem, I need to find that Chicken Shack, service wasn't very pleasant to be polite.

Somebody taking chicken home not giving to customer only got 4 wing dings in lunch and thats cool but dont charge me 8.49 its lunch

We had an order of $100...and I was on hold for a minute and they said they couldn't deliver after being told they were only doing catering. Pretty terrible this place on service. We work at one of the auto plants, in the area. Not many places over here to order, pretty pathetic. Sad actually.

Although fast food is usually fast and cheap, this place is slow and expensive. $20 for two "snacks" and it's just deep fried junk food with a 10 minute wait. They don't come with drinks in the picture. False advertising. Better to get a pizza and feed 3 with healthy ingredients at $20 than come here.

Ive been eating it since I was a kid and even worked a certain location for 2 years during high school! I get a Tender Snack or Dinner once a week BABY!!!! 4 LIFE

This place is good if you don't mind drinking butter in grease. The Chicken in pretty heavily breaded. The best part about this place is the roasted potatoes they are soaking butter but are so good if you don't mind. The last time I went here that was nice except for one employee was very rude and threw money and had an attitude. That was a major turnoff I probably won't return to this location but I would recommend trying it at another location

So walking in the place was empty but yet I stood at the window to place an order for 10 minutes before I finally got tired of standing there and I left. The service here is a joke

Food is ok. I like the roasted potatoes covered in butter. But the last few times i went here, the potatoes were dry and barely had a drop of butter on them. Also good luck asking for ketchup. No ketchup packs. Instead you're directed to a jug of ketchup that you have to pump out into lil cups. Which is usually empty and puts you at risk of ketchup getting all over you and your clothes. They can definitely do better.

The food was fantastic very satisfying the young lady that waited on us and the rest of the staff very nice and polite keep up the good work

They got good chicken and good service as far as I've seen
