The food is good but Do not order online. I waited 20 minutes for them to complete an online order. Today, they just seemed like there was no order or structure. They’re not normally this unorganized.

I only gave it a 3 because the food is fantastic, but they are not eco conscious or practicing sustainability in any way. Even if dining in the restaurant, the food comes out in plastic disposable containers with plastic disposable utensils and ... gasp..... STYROFOAM CUPS (I had a classic salad with chicken salad on top). Apologies for the lackluster photo. I was fresh out of the gym and super hungry, but hopefully it gets my point across. We only have one earth to share, please don't pollute it with even more plastic.

I picked up curbside takeout from here today. I tried 3 kinds of chicken salad and the pimento cheese. The staff were so kind and the chicken salad and pimento cheese are so good!

Great chicken salad . Lots if varieties and flavors. Dixie chicks is my favorite flavor for a no nuts/no fruit sandwich. Has a nice onion flavor. Egg salad has pickles in it

Very good food, and fantastic service. First found this place on vacation in Florida...so glad they made the jump into Ohio!Visited on a Saturday afternoon about 2pm. Only 3 people on front of us, and the line moved quickly. I got a Trio, my wife a sandwich, and the kids two kiddie meals. All food was in front of us within 5 minutes, was prepared correctly, and the friendliness and helpfulness of every employee was great.If it's your first time here, don't be shy about asking for a sample of any one of the chicken salads or sides - helps you make sure you like it before you get a full-size helping of it!

1st visit. Had the lemon basil chicken and tomato basil soup combo to go. I was surprised to get a pickle, crackers and small cookie included. Everything was delicious. Will be looking forward to my next visit and trying a different flavor of the chicken salad!
