Chicken Salad Chick

Never really cared much for chicken salad until I tried theirs. So good! And they have broccoli salad without onions, which is great because I can not have onions. They are also very friendly and helpful. We actually went to another Chicken Salad Chick while we were out of town and they were not as good as this one. We have become addicted to the Fruity Fran and try to get some at least once a week! Lol!

They wanted to fight me for their mistake. I was overcharged for a transaction and I went back to fix it the next day. They treat me like a criminal. I will update this once I finish written in more detail how a horrible experience I had. I will also report it to BBB and to the state business license.

I like this place, it is a convenient place to drive through for a yummy chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread. The sides have been so-so, but not bad. The only issue has been that they frequently forget to include the extra scoops that you pay for. This has happened 2 of 3 times and by the time I realize it, I can't go back to get it fixed because I am on a short lunch break.

I love chicken salad so, needless to say, I was so excited to try this place! I had never been to a Chicken Salad Chick before so it was difficult to decide what to have. The owner was very kind and talked with us about his fave. My husband and I each ordered something different so we could share. I had the pimiento BLT and my husband had jalapeño holly BLT both toasted on wheat. DELISH! With as busy as they were, being the second day they were open, everyone was very friendly and we were able to order and get our food much faster than I expected! I highly recommend you try this place! Even with all the restrictions they are doing an amazing job!

Great tasting offerings. Ridiculously easy to read menu board. Clean & stylish decor. Knowledgeable staff. Be sure to ask for a free sample, but it’s all great tasting. Plenty of parking. Quick moving drive-thru.

The food was delicious! I had classic Carol and broccoli salad. So yummy! Also, the cookie was the perfect little treat.

So yummy...This was the 1st time eating here and the food is great. I got the carol for my chicken salad and then my side was grape salad and it is so yummy and the lemonade was also great. I will be back

I just have to say the sweet young lady named Cassidy was such a doll!!! We came in 15 minutes till closing and we've never been there before and she was just so sweet and so helpful! She left a little message on our takeout boxes and it was just so kind! We will definitely be back cause the food was delicious and the people there were awesome 😋

This food was AMAZING. My $9.99 lunch included a huge portion of chicken salad on wheat berry bread with grape salad a pickle and a sugar cookie. For $9.99! Totally worth it.

First time at Chicken Salad Chick - not super impressed. Chicken salad bland and pasty.. grape salad left me lacking.... and to top it off way overpriced for what you get.. They do however had decent southern swEEEt tea.

Chicken salad sandwiches are the only thing on the menu but there a number of different varieties and seasonings to keep things interesting.

The classic carol is delicious. But I do have to say I did not care for the attitude from the gentleman in the kitchen (baldish with glasses). He was very rude to the sweet girl at the counter who didn't want to give me old macaroni and cheese. He basically threw the new macaroni at her. She handled it very professionally but him on the other hand...

Wonderful new restaurant with a fresh take on multiple varieties of chicken salad , pimento cheese salad, and yes even egg salad. Soups and fresh fruit are an added delight as side options. Staff is friendly and eager to please. Dine in or set outside on the shaded patio, you can't go wrong. I have eaten here several times, and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots. Oh, and they let you try samples of the various salads before you decide. I have one word...GO🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I got there not to busy inside for 11 am on a Friday drive thru was packed had a display with exactly what I wanted which was barbie q and kickin' Kay Lynne alacart which made everything quick and painless the reason I gave a 4 star was because of the 500lbs thing behind the counter sitting in a chair that couldn't stand up to do her job like everyone else in there. Everyone except her was running around making sure customers were taken care of and this smelly slob couldn't get her fat butt out of a chair. The odor coming off of her was horrid I almost left without food. Not to mention she wasn't friendly, I wouldn't say she was rude just not a pleasant person barking orders to some poor kid running around trying to take food to di e in customers. That blob could have gotten up took 2 steps to grab a fork her self. Sorry to say but I will not return untill she is no longer there.

Not a fan. Service was very good and atmosphere was nice. Food was very average. Kroger makes better chicken salad.
