I have never eaten inside Chicken Salad Chick , so I can only rave about the food. I have yet to order anything here that I didn't like. Food is fresh, drive-thru staff is so nice and the chicken salad is AMAZING! I can't wait to go back!

Good food, great service. I was informed there was no wifi for customers. Business would increase and the college kids would pour in to eat and study at the same time.

Was a cute little place. Food was great. Prices were midrange. Servers VERY attentive. Great place to have lunch with a few lady friends.

Our food was just okay this evening. The sandwich bread was a tad stale and the grapes in the salad were mushy. But my biggest complaint with the store on Opelika Road in Auburn are the gnats. My wife and I couldn't enjoy our meal for having to constantly swat at the pesty bugs. And this isn't the first time we've had the gnat issue at this location. I believe this restaurant can, and should, do better.

Love the chicken salad. My favorite is Lauren's Lemon Basil. I like other flavors too and the sides. The soup is delicious. Sometimes the store runs out of things my friends like and that's a bummer. I guess that's what happens when you're so popular! â¤ï¸

The food was absolutely excellent and so was the service I really appreciate the quickness and which our food was delivered to our table. I have a service dog and she was greeted and treated appropriately. Without even asking for a military discount the lady thank us for our service. I really appreciate the hospitality and the environment of this restaurant.

I wish this restaurant would take over the world. As it is, I'll just have to visit each time I'm in the South. Try the Barbie Q. It's fantastic.
