Chicken Holiday-Bridgewater

The fried chicken is amazing, made fresh when you order it. Great side options as well, like sweet plantains for example. I will absolutely be a return customer. The corn on the Cobb came out smothered in butter just like I asked, and the sweet plantains were prefect. Very reasonable prices as well

It's an average looking sit-in spot (though, you can also take out), but clean & the kitchen behind the counter looks well maintained. I must say, though... Them buffalo wings are the business! Tastes like southern Black goodness. I was not expecting the chicken to be so good. I also had the breaded & fried broccoli. I can't say I made a bad choice. 4 1/2 stars.

Really good fried chicken at a cheap price. Throwback vintage feel, I don't think the place has changed since it opened, but you don't need fancy decor with such good chicken. Friendly staff.

Fresh food all the time

The first time I visit this restaurant I was 18 years old. I am currently 40 years old and I already have two children and I am still visiting this restaurant honestly, I like the service, it's very good. I like the taste of chicken. Im going to continue visiting the restaurant until they close down one day. I hope they don't close the restaurant. NEVER!!!

By far thee best barbecue chicken you'll ever taste. Prices are okay for what I consider fast food. Have had the fish and regular chicken. Nothing to rave about but please get the bbq chicken it's too die for!!

A lil pricey but as always,good food. Chicken fingers & fries my fav. Nice eat in area.

08/29/2019 This was my first time ordering from this establishment and I was not disappointed! My food was hot and fresh, each piece of chicken was moist and not dry down to the breast (and I’ve order out other places and this is always a major problem) but not here. My kids who don’t care for chicken at all, sat at the table and voiced how good the food was!!! Excellent customer service by phone as well as in store 5 stars isn’t enough to give 10/10 hands down the best place in the area to eat !

Food is good ... fried chicken is not the spicy kind... Hot - juicy

It's a simple, small restaurant but they have passion for their food. Almost every time we go there to eat we enjoy it. You can order instore over phone and takeout or to stay. I Recommend this place if you're just looking for a quick and tasty meal.

Consistently delicious fried chicken.

The chicken is different from what you would expect of an American fried chicken joint. It’s quite similar to Chinese style fried chicken, perhaps they use a wet batter. It was good though. I also ordered ribs which were unfortunately burnt passed the limit of edibility. The macaroni salad was standard but the mashed potatoes were obviously instant with canned gravy. Those got chucked along with the burnt ribs. Needless to say, I think this was my first and last chicken holiday.

Awesome fried chicken! Much better than those big franchise stores like KFC and Popeyes, and also better than a lot of the smaller places within a 20 mile radius. Also got ribs, fries, and macaroni salad. BBQ Spare Ribs were similar to the type you get from a Chinese restaurant except slightly bigger and meatier, though I’m not sure I’ll get them again, but the chicken was great! Tasted and looked cleaner than other small places in the area and will definitely go back for more. Mac salad and fries were good; about what you’d expect. I agree with everyone that you should call ahead by 20 mins for a take-out order; only downside was that the paper containers holding the food didn’t hold up from the heat and moisture so hopefully they improve on that.

The chicken was a bit salty but it was still good I enjoyed.
