For customer service, I would give the young lady at the window a 5 BUT..... I can't understand why managers don't train employees NOT to put condiments on top of customers food, it's so unsanitary. Secondly, the catfish didn't taste like Real catfish and it was still pink on the inside. Bummer because I really wanted catfish tonight.

I ordered a number 1 and they asked "biscuit or roll?" I said biscuit and got a roll instead. If they're going to just give people what they want to give them, then why do they ask. This isnt the only Chicken Express that has done this.

Never bought just tea. But I do know it comes free in some of the family packs! But it's not expensive by itself.
