Chicken Express

I was asked to pull forward and when my food was brought out, they neglected to provide condiments. The person who brought my food out suggested that I get back in line if I wanted condiments. Really??? Is that all the respect that you have for your customer's time?? I didn't get her name, but she appeared to be Latino and had a noticeable mole on her face. I patronized this restaurant around 11:50am. The food was fine, but I assume that customer service isn't a concern since the world is in panic mode and some restaurants feel that they're needed more than ever during this difficult time. Please keep in mind that you're a "CHICKEN JOINT" and at some point, this state of emergency shall pass and customers will remember your lack of concern for their time and resources. I gave you a 2 because the food wasn't bad.Pathetic.....

Usually have good luck at this CE but today kinda bothered me. I was charged and given a large drink when I didn't ask for one. Never happened before, they always ask but not today. It was a cashier I hadn't seen before so maybe someone new but still annoying. I get that it's only .50 cents but still! Food is always good here though.

Look, let's be real here. You're not coming here for an amazing experience. You want cheap chicken, and you want it quick, which is what you'll get here. I got a 7 peice spicy tender with a roll and Mac and cheese. It looked like more than 7 peices but I think they were like halfs or whatever, so it made me feel good about "getting more than I ordered"The spicy was a good level of what you would expect, the gravy was decent, and I appreciate the choice of roll over biscuit.The Mac a cheese, def could be better, only problem I had was it was a bit watery and not sticking to the Mac, but you know what? I'm sure this place did the best it could with what it has.It at least took my card where the Popeyes nearby had a sign for cash only.
